Good News: Sports camps and off-site child care sites have space available.
If you want to sign-up tp be put on the wait-list, please have the following ready when you come in:
1. Complete Membership information online. ("Become a Member" on the left column)
2. Immunization Form.
3. Child Info Form.
* Families who are or have been enrolled in Ballard's Child Care programs before.
